Star Cluster Conquest Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the Star Cluster Conquest game, you agree to these terms and to the game Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game. The game is provided by Pom Studios.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the game on your device for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or use automated means to cheat, except as the law allows.
3. Credits and virtual items
- Credits are the in-game currency. You earn them by playing (wins, stars) or, if you wish, by buying them.
- Credits, factions, abilities, boosts and cosmetics are virtual items licensed for use in the game. They have no monetary value, are not money, and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred to other people or accounts.
- Advantages obtained through purchases apply only against the AI.
- We may adjust prices, amounts, costs and game balance, including remotely. Changes apply going forward and do not remove what you already bought.
- Items are stored on your device. If you clear the app data or change devices, items that were not purchased may be lost. Purchases made through the stores can be restored with "Restore purchases" using the same store account.
4. Purchases, payments and refunds
- Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, which charge you, issue the receipt and decide refunds under each store's rules. We have no access to your payment details and do not process refunds directly; request them from the store.
- Your statutory consumer rights remain in force, including the right of withdrawal where the law provides for it.
- Digital items already used may not be refundable, as the store rules and the law provide.
5. Ads
The game is free and shows ads. You can buy removal of interstitial ads. Rewarded ads are optional. They never appear during a match.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the game for unlawful purposes, try to access systems or data that are not yours, or disrupt the operation of the game or its servers. Do not send offensive or unlawful content or other people's personal data through feedback.
7. Intellectual property
The game, name, logo, code, art and texts belong to Pom Studios or its licensors. Names of stores and manufacturers belong to their respective owners.
8. Availability and changes
The game is provided "as is". We may update it, change or remove features and end the service. Where possible, we will give reasonable advance notice. The game works offline, so most of it stays available without a connection.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of local data or lost profits. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law, such as consumer rights.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Brazilian law applies, with the courts of the consumer's home as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code. For users in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country also apply.
