Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the poms.dev website (the Pom Studios website) collects, what it is used for, and how you can control it. It applies only to this website. Each Pom Studios app has its own privacy policy, available on the app's website or store page.

1. Who is responsible

Pom Studios, an independent app studio, is responsible for processing the data described here. For any request about your data, write to [email protected].

2. What data we collect

The site has no user accounts, sign-up forms or product sales. We do not sell personal data.

To change your choice, use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page. If you decline, Google Analytics does not store cookies on your device. Google may, however, receive signals without a personal identifier to estimate site usage.

5. Who we share data with

These providers may process data on servers outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer follows the safeguards set out in the LGPD (art. 33). We do not share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.

6. How long we keep data

Analytics data stays in Google Analytics for the retention period we configure, which does not exceed 14 months. Messages sent by email are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you delete it.

7. Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18), you can request: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about who we share data with, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD). If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights provided by the GDPR and can file a complaint with your country's data protection authority.

8. Children

The site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
